Currently we sell and ship to the following major markets: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & China.

We provide FREE SHIPPING for any purchase with a sum over GBP 25! If your purchasing sum is below GBP 25, we charge an universal shipping fee of GBP 6.80 for all of the aforementioned global destinations.

We understand that once you’ve purchased something you are eager to get your order as quickly – and as cheaply – as possible. That’s why we offer several shipping methods. Please see below for more details about the Diva Lure shipping policy.

Q: How quickly will you ship my order?
A: Usually in 1-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends).

Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We use ePacket, EMS, DHL & FedEx. But by default, we ship out the products using ePacket.

Q: Can you guarantee shipping times?
A: Unfortunately not as these are down to the postal service. But in most cases it would reach to your address by the estimated arrival time.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Q: Any special offers on shipping I should know about?
A: Yes! Currently we are offering FREE shipping for certain items over a lump sum price!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Our service is fully traceable on websites such as usps.com

A: We ship to aforementioned markets

Q: What if the carrier said they’ve delivered my order but I can’t find it?
A: We’re sorry but all we can do is suggest you check with family/roommates /neighbors/building security etc. We cannot be held responsible for anything shipped in good faith and stated as delivered.

Q: Can I request a refund if my order does not arrive in time for a certain date?
A: No, we are sorry but we cannot refund orders that have already been shipped. You may return the order if you wish for a refund though.
